The remit of the Faith Nurture Committee is:
- Mission and Discipleship: to encourage congregations, mission districts and the Presbytery in the areas of mission, discipleship and ministry, including Christian education and nurture, children’s and youth ministry, intergenerational ministry, outreach, elder training, worship, theology, ecclesiology, vocations, chaplaincy and pastoral care.
- Ministries: to support the discernment process, registration of ministries and study leave.
- Pastoral Care: to oversee the Presbytery Chaplaincy Scheme and Pastoral Supervision.
